Usually next day, often same day. Message before lunch and there's normally an afternoon slot. For weekend moves, book 2–3 days ahead — Saturdays fill up fast.

All London — every postcode, every zone. N, NW, W, SW, SE, E, EC, WC. We move within Greater London (M25) every day. Outside the M25 — just ask, but we generally don't do long-haul.

Man & Van starts at £45/hour, 2-hour minimum. A studio/1-bed flat move is typically £185–£260 all-in. A 2-bed house is £380–£520. We give you a fixed price after a 60-second WhatsApp chat — no surprises on the day.

Yes — we carry Goods-in-Transit cover up to £10,000 and Public Liability up to £1 million. We bring blankets, straps and shrink-wrap as standard. For high-value items (antiques, art) we can arrange extra cover on request.

Stairs are included. Up to a 4th floor with no lift, no extra charge. Flat-pack assembly & disassembly (IKEA wardrobes, beds, desks) is £25 per item, or free if it's on a full house move.

You sort suspended parking bays if you need them — the council charges around £50 per address and we can't book those for you. Congestion Charge & ULEZ are added to the bill at cost — no markup, receipt shown.

Bank transfer or card on the day. Cash also fine. For companies and lettings agents we issue a proper VAT invoice with 14-day terms. No deposit needed for jobs under £300.

If you want it, yes. We bring boxes, paper, bubble wrap and tape — you only pay for what we use. Kitchens and bedrooms take about an hour each. Most people pack themselves and let us handle the heavy items — that's the cheapest way.
